Eligibility

AIMaxBelajar services are intended for individuals who can form a binding contract under applicable law. Use by organizations and businesses is allowed under appropriate account arrangements. We may restrict or limit access where required by law or policy.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in professional programs on AIMaxBelajar unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using AIMaxBelajar.

Access to AIMaxBelajar may not be available in all countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the platform is lawful to use in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to block accounts or restrict services where required.

Account registration and security

To access certain features you must create an account, provide accurate information and maintain your credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration. If your details change, update your account promptly to ensure we can contact you.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by AIMaxBelajar in writing.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or for operational reasons such as maintenance.

Service description and availability

AIMaxBelajar offers online courses, assessments, coaching modules and tools that use AI to personalize learning paths. Content is provided for professional development and not as personalized professional advice.

We may modify, update or discontinue features, courses or the platform at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided where feasible.

We strive to keep services available but occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or outages beyond our control. Critical updates will be scheduled with notice when possible.

User conduct rules

Users must follow basic rules to keep the learning environment safe and effective. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:

• Uploading illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Attempting to bypass technical controls or reverse-engineer platform components
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct towards other users
• Using the platform to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Misrepresenting identity or credentials
• Sharing account credentials or using another user’s account without permission
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform

User content and submissions

You may submit content such as assignments, comments and profiles. By submitting you confirm you have the rights necessary to do so.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content. However, you grant AIMaxBelajar a limited license to use that content to provide, improve and promote the service as described below.

By submitting content you grant AIMaxBelajar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute that content within the platform and in marketing materials related to aggregated, anonymized results.

You are responsible for content you post and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

We may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests for removal will be reviewed in accordance with our policies.

Intellectual property

All proprietary content, software, activity and branding on AIMaxBelajar are owned or licensed to AIMaxBelajar. Users should not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without permission.

• Do not reproduce course materials beyond personal use without authorization
• Do not remove or alter copyright or other proprietary notices
• Do not use AIMaxBelajar activity in a manner that confuses or implies endorsement

Paid services and billing

AIMaxBelajar offers paid subscriptions, individual course purchases and corporate plans. Paid services provide additional features such as certification tracks, advanced assessments and instructor support.

Prices for paid services are displayed on our site and may vary by plan, currency and promotional offers. All fees are quoted excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept major credit cards and supported local payment methods. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment details you authorize us to charge your chosen method.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions through your account or by contacting support.

Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy. Refunds are not automatic and depend on factors such as usage and the nature of the purchase.

You may cancel paid services at any time. Cancellation will take effect according to the terms of the selected plan and will not necessarily result in immediate refund of fees already paid.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to purchases. Where required, AIMaxBelajar will collect taxes at the point of sale in accordance with local regulations.

We may change pricing for new subscriptions or renewals. Existing subscription rates will remain in effect for active billing cycles unless otherwise notified.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid services until outstanding balances are settled.

Disclaimer

Materials and advice on AIMaxBelajar are provided for general educational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice. Results vary by individual and depend on effort, prior knowledge and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMaxBelajar and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

Third-party services and links

Third-party content and links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who breach these terms or for operational reasons. You may terminate your account by following account settings or contacting support.

Upon termination you may lose access to certain content and features. We may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law clause.
